User Experience

User Experience (UX) encompasses all aspects of an individual’s interaction with a product or service. At Design Interface, we create seamless, enjoyable, and efficient experiences that meet users’ needs and expectations. UX design involves research, usability testing, and design principles to enhance satisfaction and usability, ultimately leading to better products and design interfaces.

Three Types of Design

At Design Interface we follow the three types of design that go into making a high quality product:

• Functional Design-Determining
   the product use

• Aesthetic Design-Creating the
   product look and  feel, also
   branding

• Experience Design-Guiding the
   user experience and emotions

Creating Desirable Products

• Viability
– Business aspects
– Does it create revenue or save
on costs?

• Feasibility
– Is the technology proven?
– Can it be built and priced
competitively?

• Desirability
– Does the customer need or want the
product?
– Is it solving a problem?
– Does it create a positive feeling for
repeat use?

.

Gather data and analysis for the problem you are trying to solve.

Design is where we create solutions and guide the user experience.

Create a prototype or mock-up of the solution.

Test and validate that is works and solves problems before going into production.

UX Design Improves Patient Experiences

Many patients don’t wear their compression wraps as tightly as their doctors advise. It’s hard to know how tight the wrap is without a complicated electronic tool. To make things easier, a special wand was created. It goes into the wrap easily and quickly shows how much pressure is being applied. This helps people adjust the wrap to fit properly.
